You can read blogs as independent web-sites (checking them at will) or subscribe to them via an aggregated news reader. The latter allows you to view blogs when you know there is new content, and makes sense when reading multiple blogs and news sources. Subscribing to classmates' blogs via an aggregated news reader (in this case Bloglines) is required. In order to subscribe to this site, create an account at bloglines, and copy this blog's address from the browser window to your subscription form in bloglines.
Online resources are available for the text. This requires you create a login. The resources include: Notes, Web Updates, Chapter Outlines and Web Links.
On monday we will have the founders of DealCatcher come to our class and present. They were recently covered in Delaware Today. They will discuss the history of the company, as well as the segment they target, which are price sensitive shoppers.
